Olive oil base for L-Arginine

I want to premix my L-Arginine in olive oil and store the mix in test tube . Can any one tell me if the olive oil will damage the L-Arginine I see alot of company's use sesame oil?

    Hi Charles.
    Arginine is water soluble so its not going to mix with olive oil very well. At best you will get some of it to become suspended in the oil but it won't dissolve. After awhile it will probably settle out. The arginine should not be damaged however.

    I apologize that I can't help you with your oil solubility concerns for L-Arginine. I don't know the chemistry well enough to comment and I've not personally entertained this subject experimentally.
