Hello,

I was wondering what kind of packaging you use for your creatine. I am
looking to buy 1kg Creatine Monohydrate and 250g Creatine Gluconate. The
picture looks like a plastic bag. How thick is it? Is it resealable? Is
it gusseted?

Thanks,
Brandon

    Brandon,

Good questions! We us only 5 mil Nylon laminated bags. For some of the more sensitive products we use a 5 mil aluminized Nylon foil laminated material, but for the white powders that are not all that sensitive to oxidation we use a 5 mil clear Nylon laminated bag. All bags are resealable but not gusseted.

These Nylon bags are US Military spec compliant with the 0.25 inch heat impulse seams. There really is no higher quality laminated Nylon bag material available. In fact, the perfusion to oxygen for our 5 mil clear Nylon bags is roughly 50 times better than a 5 mil polyethylene bag would be, assuming you could find a 5 mil PE bag. But the aluminized foil laminated bag we use is in turn another 50 times better at stopping chemical and oxygen perfusion than the clear bags, making our foil laminated bags at least 600 times more resistant to perfusion than a typical freezer style PE bag would be.

Our bags are resealable with a zip-locking type resealable enclosure. I highly recommend that you store your product in the bags you will receive them. So many people make the mistake of assuming that glass jars make a better storage vessel but they do not because of the fresh air and oxygen that is trapped in the rigid container each time it is opened.

Please let me know if you have any more questions or concerns.

    Timothy,

The bags are great, definitely high quality. I recently started buying some
supplements in bulk, breaking them into smaller quantities, and reselling
them to folks at my college. I have been using store bought zip loc bags
but I really need something like what pure bulk uses. Can I buy some bags
from purebulk or is it possible for you to give me the website of whomever
    you buy them from?

    Thank you,
    Brandon

    Brandon,

Sure! Whatever you want to do. Buy the product from us in 25 kilogram drums or cartons, 5 kilogram bags or 1kg or 1.5kg bags. You can break them down and resell them if that is what you want to do. We can sell you the bags but you'll need to buy a direct heat or impulse heat sealer. Here is where we buy ours...

    http://machineworldusa.com/foot-sealers.html

If you want to seal the aluminized (silver) bags you are going to need a very good (powerful) sealer. The direct heat sealers are better for the aluminized bags than the impulse heat sealers but the impulse sealers will work if you crank them up a lot. and keep the bags extra clean.

What products are you reselling? I can probably get you a huge discount on commercial quantities (minimum 25kg).

    Hi Timothy,

Below are the products I want to sell. As your average broke college
student, I am going to have to decide between buying 25kg drums and only a
few products or about 10kg / supplement and all of the products I want to
sell. Could you quote me prices for 25kg as well as 10kg quantities? Which
bag should I choose between the aluminum and the clear? Where do you buy
them from? I am also wondering about whether to buy insurance or not as I'm
a little scared about potential law suits even while I'm only going to be
very small scale (my college is only about 1500 people total). Do you have
    any advice about that?

    Creatine Monohydrate
    DiCreatine Malate or TriCreatine Malate
    Creatine Gluconate
    Creatine AKG
    Creatine Pyruvate
    Citric Acid
    L Glutamine
    Branched Chain Amino Acids
    Stevia Extract
    Arginine AKG
    Arginine Pyroglutamate
    Creatinol O Phosphate
    L Lysine
    L Leucine
    L Isoleucine
    L Valine
      Beta Alanine
      Caffeine Anhydrous
    Citric Acid
    5kg 1,3 Dimethylamylamine HCL

Thank you so much for your help,
    Brandon

Thank you for the quote. I think what I'll end up doing is buy some items
buy the drum and some through your website. I'm going to need some time to
crunch numbers and look into packaging. Are you able to share your
    packaging supplier with me?

Also, what might help me decide which items to buy by the drum vs 10kg
quantity is if you could advise me as to which products are currently very
popular. If there are any sport supplements I have not been quoted that you
feel might be a great addition based on the current popularity, please go
    ahead and quote me.

    Thanks Tim,
    Brandon

    Brandon,

We do sell our bags on our website but I apologize that I'm not too happy with our supplier and I'm looking for a better one (with better prices). I'll let you know if I can find that contact information for you.

I saw the foil bags on your website but not the standard clear bag. In the
mean time, I will go ahead and start contacting packaging companies. If
you'd like, I can pass on information I get to you. I'd just need to know
the quantities, type of bags, and target price range. I'd obviously be
ordering a much smaller quantity than you but whomever is cheapest for me
will likely be the cheapest for you as well.

Also, do you have a capsule machine? If so, could I request a quote for
sending you a product and having you capsule and ship back in bulk? If so:

    1) 25mg 1,3 dimethylamylamine with maltodextrin filler, 20,000 capsules
    2) 25mg 1,3 dimethylamylamine / 100mg Caffeine Anhydrous, 20,000 capsules

    Thanks Timothy,
    Brandon

    Your questions:

Q1: Also, do you have a capsule machine?
    A1: http://purebulk.com/capsules-machines

Q2: If so, could I request a quote for sending you a product and having you capsule and ship back in bulk?
A2: No, sorry. We can't entertain bulk capsule filling operations at this time. Our profitability in this regard in minimal owing to the fact that we use a manual machine that requires a tremendous amount time and effort as compared to the automatic and semi-automatic capsule filling machines that can be operated at a much lower cost per capsule filled. Our target market in this regard involves the fact that we use no fillers, anti-caking agents or excipients. The automated machines need these excipients to keep powders flowing freely.

I apologize that we cannot possibly be competitive under these circumstances, and we do not inventory all of the ingredients you require at this time.

    Sorry.
